Talent Is Timeless, the best platform for songwriters over 50, is excited to announce a partnership with Universal Audio, a leading maker of professional audio recording hardware and software. Universal Audio will sponsor the 2023 Talent Is Timeless songwriting competition with three of their Volt 2 Studio Packages. This will give the winning artists cutting-edge equipment to help them bring their creative ideas to life.
The 2023 competition will be the biggest one yet, with judges like Ian Matthews of Kasabian, a British rock band known for their energetic live shows and hit albums like “Empire” and “West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum.” Judy Collins, a folk singer-songwriter who has won a Grammy, Ralph McTell, a British folk singer-songwriter, and many other well-known people in the industry will also be on the judging panel.
The Talent Is Timeless movement was started in 2020 to give artists over 50 who are still making important contributions to the music industry a place to show their work. Since then, the organisation has grown to have almost 10,000 members. They hold songwriting contests and do other things to build a community of mature artists who support each other.
Saskia Griffiths-Moore, founder and CEO of Talent Is Timeless, said, “We’re thrilled to be working with Universal Audio on the 2023 Talent Is Timeless songwriting competition.” “Their help and knowledge will make the competition even more exciting and give our members the chance to learn something new. We’re glad they’re willing to help older artists, and we can’t wait to see what comes of this partnership.”
Roland Rauch from Universal Audio says, “Talent is Timeless is a great idea, and Universal Audio is proud to support it. Music, creativity, and talent are all timeless things that can’t be limited by age.
